Returns

We sincerely hope you are thrilled with your Woyin Taylor product. All our products are handmade from leather and may show variations in colour or patterns which naturally occur with leather. Woyin Taylor does not accept returns or exchanges because of these distinctions, as these are not defects but contribute to the beauty of your product. However, if you are not satisfied, you may exchange it for another item or receive a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt to register your return on our returns form­. We will provide you with the return details. Please indicate if you would prefer an exchange or a refund on the form and ensure that this step is completed before shipping the product to us.

Please handle your order carefully. You must securely repack the clean, unused product in its original packaging including all original packaging contents – cards, dustbag etc, to our address, with a tracking code sent to us after shipment. We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged, not in perfect condition, or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging.

We will provide email updates once we receive your return and will thoroughly inspect the product within 3 days (72 hours) for signs of wear or use before processing a refund to your original payment mode or offering an exchange.

Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the items will be refunded or exchanged.

Additional Information

Please note that we are do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale and Outlet.

 We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless the product is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if goods show signs of wear and tear or are not returned in a resalable condition. 

Refund terms are subject to change and at the discretion of the company.
