Kindly allow 5 business days for orders to be processed. Pre-ordered items will be processed within 15 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped.

Inspection & Response

Condition of Goods

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if goods show signs of wear and tear or are not returned in a resalable condition.

Personalised Items

We cannot offer an exchange or refund on a personalised item unless the product is faulty.
